have a complaint about the quality of service provided by our offices, we would
like to know about it as soon as possible. We will ensure that your complaints and
feedback are responded to promptly. Further, we will ensure a comprehensive and
timely redress of your complaint to the best of our ability
Please note, any compliments or complaints directed to the Department of Immigration
and Citizenship can also be provided through our Customer Feedback channel above.
All feedback received for the Department of Immigration and Citizenship will be
forwarded to the relevant visa and immigration office for response.
