Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC)

All applications will be assessed and decided by the Visa Section of the Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate General, depending
on your location, in accordance with Australian immigration legislation and
policy. TTS staff do not have the authority to assess visa applications or make visa decisions.

Visa Application Process

Select the right visa

  • Select a visa subclass which is appropriate for the purpose of your travel to Australia and download the relevant visa application form.
  • To assist you in finding the right visa, click on the Visa Wizard above.
  • Please note: Your nearest TT Services Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) can also provide you with a visa application form.

Gather supporting documentation

  • Your visa application may require supporting documentation. For a list of supporting documentation required for your visa, see checklists provided on the
    Australian High Commission website
  • Gather together the required supporting documentation for your application.
  • To avoid delays all supporting documentation should be submitted at the time of application.

Organise fee payment

Organise payment of the visa fees in the form of cash or bank cheque which must be in PNG Kina only. We also support credit card based payments at our AVACs.

Lodge your visa application

Lodge your completed application at your nearest AVAC and make your payment. TTS will forward your application to the relevant Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate General for processing.

  • You can track the progress of your application online by entering your receipt number and passport number in "track your application" above, or you can contact TTS.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to receive SMS or email alerts via the contact number or email address provided at the time of lodgement. This service is optional and additional charges apply. Please see additional services for the full list of services available.

Collection of visa decision

  • Visa decision outcomes and passports can either be couriered to applicants or collected from the TTS counter at an Australian Visa Application Centre.
  • Should you wish to receive your visa decision or passport by courier, please provide the correct return address at the time of lodgement. If the applicant has an authorised recipient, the visa decision or passport will be couriered to the address provided by the authorised recipient.
  • Please note: Without an authority letter and acknowledgement receipt signed by the applicant, TT Services will not be able to hand over the envelope containing the visa decision or passport to the representative or agent.
