Visa Application Process

    Your nearest TT Services Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC) can also provide you with a visa application form.

  • Your visa application will require supporting documentation. For a list of the supporting documentation required for your visa, see checklists provided on the Australian High Commission Fiji website
  • Ensure that you gather together the required supporting documentation prior to coming in to an AVAC to submit your visa application.
  • To avoid delays, all required supporting documentation should be submitted at the time of application.

  • If attending an AVAC in person: Ensure that you calculate the correct visa application charge and TTS service fee applicable to your application. Please visit our Visa Fee page to calculate your fees.
  • If submitting an application online:

    The Australian Government provides an online option for submitting visa applications to a range of nationalities for certain visa types. For more details, please refer to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection's website

  • If submitting an application by mail/courier: You must send your completed visa application to the nearest AVAC, ensuring that you include payments for the visa fee and the TTS service fee. Please visit our Visa Fee page to calculate your fees.
  • Please note: if making payment by bank cheque,the Visa fee and TTS fee can be included in one bank cheque made payable to "TT Services Vanuatu Ltd" The AVAC does not accept personal/company cheques. Please see Visa Fee for details.
  • In person at an AVAC Submit your completed visa application at your nearest AVAC and pay your visa application charges and TTS service fees.

  • If submitting an application by mail/courier:Send your completed visa application to the nearest AVAC and ensure that you include payments for the Visa Fee and the TTS service fee.
  • Please Note

    The Australian Consulate-General aims to process applications within expected global service standards. Please refer to global visa and citizenship processing times for an indicative processing timeframe for the visa you have applied for.

  • Visa application processed by relevant Australian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate General
  • TTS only facilitates lodgement of an application and collection of biometrics on behalf of the on behalf of Australian Government. It does not have the authority to assess an application, take part in decision making or determine when a decision will be made.
  • You can track the progress of your application online by clicking on the "track your application" icon below and entering your receipt number or VLN number, or you can contact your nearest AVAC .
  • The progress of your application will be in three stages:
    • Stage 1: Application has been submitted at AVAC.
    • Stage 2: Application has been sent by AVAC to the Australian High Commission/Consulate-General/Embassy for processing and assessment.
    • Stage 3: Application has been finalised by the Australian High Commission/Consulate-General/Embassy.
  • If you have not been contacted directly by the Australian Visa Office, your visa decision outcome will be provided to you by your preferred method as indicated at the time of submission.
  • The Australian High Commission/Consulate-General/Embassy will send your visa decision to the nominated email address in your application form.
  • Alternatively, your visa decision will be sent to the AVAC for personal collection if an email address has not been provided.
  • Once your visa decision has been received at the AVAC, you will be contacted.
